The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Directorate General of Land and Housing, is carrying out the recovery of the architectural heritage of the municipality of Ulea to the implementation of rehabilitation and improvement of buildings and homes.
The Director General of Planning and Housing, Antonio Navarro, explained that the next work that projects the Ministry "will be held in the vicinity of architectural interest of the church of San Bartolomé, in the urban population, where the recently completed Community rehabilitation of nine buildings in traditional style. "
Navarro added that "the new project will involve the restoration of three new properties."
The economic contribution of the Ministry for this project is 117,932 euros, representing 75 percent of the total cost of the works.
The scheme fits within the program 'Adaptation and restoration of facades, roofs and medians, "whose objective is the restoration of those buildings that have a unique architectural or environmental value.
The operation consists in matching covers to improve the energy efficiency, design of facades and the reform of the carpentry and metal work, and the provision of a stone plinth.
Other interventions Ulea
This project joins other rehabilitation work undertaken by the Department in recent years in various buildings in the municipality of Ulea.
