The director of the Institute for Housing and Land meets with the mayor to resolve existing convention since 2002
The director of the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia (IVS), Christopher Moreno, met this week with Ulea Mayor Victor Lopez, to study a proposal for tenants of public advocacy of that municipality can acquire in preferential financial terms thanks to an early amortization.
The goal is to get a repayment of their loans by 50 percent on their homes under a sale and that they can become homeowners in a shortest time.
Christopher Moreno explained, "the negotiations conducted by the Institute for Housing and Land and the City of Ulea is performed on a group of twelve homes built eight years ago, located on Pine Street and Avenue of the Region of Murcia ".
Moreover, regional and local officials dealt with the resolution of an agreement signed in 2002 for the provision of urban services works the place called 'Casa de la Condesa' by which the City would have to return a soil value equivalent to the loan at that time.
The director of the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia said that during the meeting, the mayor of Ulea bid a plot which is currently being assessed by the technicians of IVS, although there is also the possibility of reaching an agreement economical to terminate the agreement.
