The Governing Council has agreed to provide financial support extraordinary 11 small municipalities in the region, for which the Community distributed among them an overall amount of EUR 1,300,000 from the Contingency Fund.
The regional government, aware of the difficult economic situation in some councils, reinforced with a total of 900,000 euros to the municipalities of Albudeite, Aledo, Campos del Río, Ricote, Ojós, Pliego, Ulea, Villanueva del Segura and booklets.
It has also approved an extraordinary effort in support of Campos del Río and Abarán, with a budget of 100,000 euros each, and 200,000 euros for Moratalla.
Thus, the continuity in the management and maintenance of the quality and effectiveness of services provided by the municipalities of the Region of Murcia who have less economic capacity is enhanced.
