The Housing and Land Institute (IVS) in the Region of Murcia has completed a new housing development for young people, including within the Youth Housing Plan regional government in Calle Nueva Ulea in the local village on a plot of 525 square meters donated by the City Council at IVS through an agreement signed in June 2005.
There are 15 houses, with prices ranging from 50,786 euros and 97,314 euros, with garage and storage included, and whose keys delivered this morning in a public ceremony the Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, accompanied by Mayor of Ulea, José Bolarín.
The building has three floors, has 11 three-bedroom units, whose floor space is 89.55 meters square, three of which are penthouses with terraces ranging from 20 to 40 meters.
There are also two two-bedroom units and two 1-bedroom dwellings with a floor space of 40.10 meters square.
It also has an elevator, 26 parking spaces and 19 storage rooms, a room for bicycles and two spacious terraces with views of the Ricote Valley.
The new homes have been acquired by young people between 18 and 35 years living in the locality, and are still available two-bedroom apartment.
José Ballesta recalled that guarantee the right to housing is a priority of the regional government, and congratulated both the owners, "who always remember their first home with special affection and enthusiasm" as the City of Ulea, "that in response to the needs of its neighbors gave the ground so they could build. "
At the same time announced that it will soon also be given the keys to the homeowners that have been completed in the town of Yecla, and recalled that "in recent months, the IVS of the Region of Murcia has completed 25 homes in Cieza, 36 Torre Pacheco, 27 in Alhama de Murcia, Cartagena and 81 in 10 in Jumilla.
